Existing Walmart suppliers only are requested to certify their country of origin info prior to using a made or assembled in USA logo on package. This process is used only after buyer commitments are released and before completing the labeling/packaging process.

Suppliers without current Walmart purchase commitments should not request access or attempt to use this tool.


First Time User Instructions


Walmart Associate

  1. CLICK HERE to request access.
  2. Enter your full work email address.
  3. Watch for confirmation email and follow instructions.
  4. Reach out to supplier services with questions at: supadm@walmart.com or 479-273-8888.

Supplier

  1. CLICK HERE to request access.
  2. Enter the same email address as you used previously in JUMP to ensure visibility to existing information.
  3. Enter company name and primary 6 digit Walmart supplier number. Failure to enter correct info will delay or prevent access.
  4. Watch for confirmation email and follow instructions.
  5. Reach out to supplier services with questions at: supadm@walmart.com or 479-273-8888.
  6. Existing users who get the email indicating "denied access to wmt.quickbase.com" click here to reset your account.
